Open to all Attendees The session will provide an overview of social tagging-the practice of soliciting user-generated descriptions of collection objects to enhance finding, engage users and provide museum professionals with new insights into how their collections are perceived by visitors. Members of Steve: The Museum Social Tagging Project will describe their current research and tools and present case studies for tagging projects now underway.
